Empower Gaming Computers

This was my first custom build PC, and I was nervous since I had always bought PCs from the big manufacturers. But over several weeks of my tedious pre-sales questions, Ben at EmpowerGamingPCs knowledgeably, patiently, and quickly answered all my questions and made hardware recommendations for a video editing PC. All my emailed questions were answered within hours.
Delivered by UPS, the completed PC was professionally and safely packed. The tower's build quality is top-notch, and the LIAN LI case they choose is attractive and quiet. They even helped with my post-sales questions for Windows 11, which was beyond their scope.

The process of buying to picking up the PC was pretty awesome. Ben is an awesome guy who is incredible at what he does, and maybe the best part is he live streams your build so you can actually watch him build your PC. You can ask questions anytime and he'll answer it quickly and provide you with any additional info you may need. Also, the computer I got from him runs incredibly well and looks amazing. Highly recommended !!! I will go to him for all future PC work I'll need done .

I called Ben on a whim one day to chat about possibly upgrading from my i7-9700k and RTX 3070 to something with more power. He spent the next hour consulting with me about parts that he would recommend and how he would go about cooling it. This was all before I even mentioned that I wanted to do a build with him 1 on 1. He is clearly passionate about gaming PC's, and he is not motivated to simply take your money. After multiple calls with Ben about parts, I eventually scraped together a Ryzen 9 5900x and an RTX 3080 and set up a time to build it with him 1 on 1. This session was about 5 hours in length and the PC came out INCREDIBLE. I mean look at this thing. Thank you for all the time you took to consult with me about the build, and thank you for making the whole experience as affordable and fun as possible. HIGHLY recommend going here for any gaming PC needs.
