Indian Lake Village Apartments

The staff is very very helpful and they do all they can to help out. The accommodations are beautiful and very well kept. We have lived here 9 years asnd are enjoying every single moment

It’s such a nice place to live. The landscape is beautiful and well-kept. The apartments are spacious, clean and updated. Great amenities and management is on top of things. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful. I’ve personally never had an issues and my husband and I are about to sign our second yearly lease here.

We have lived in Indian Lake Village for 11 years. It has been a great place to live.The grounds are well kept as well as the whole complex. The staff is very polite and effiecent taking care of any concerns you may have.

Was a tenant with Indian Lake Village from 2016 to 2022. After looking around for a new place to live in 2022 due to relocation, we determined that this place is a VERY GREAT place to live. The rooms are large, clean area, and quiet. Rent price to room and location is top notch and very competitive. You get a lot for the rent. Real maintenance emergencies were fixed within 24 hours, some times, within a few hours. Standard maintenance was typical for how large this complex is. Don't be impatient and work with the managing company and everything will be great!

It's my first home in USA so obviously special. I don't really have anything to compare to like the interiors but exteriors and surrounding n over all i feel this apartment is sure really good. Very helpful staff,they fix all your problems ,be it doors or stove or fixing bath tub,,they took care of it in a week notice almost. Swimming pool is good , spacious gym, n there is sauna too.. we have dogwood i guess ,duplex apartment 2 bedroom, it's comfortable and love love the maintainace .. price is quite high i guess , but good service .. we have cute visitors sometimes in summer ,, rabbits , deers, n lots of birds.. yay
