    These people are always friendly and helpful. I've asked some very simple question and never felt talked to like I was under intelligent. They've helped me with lighters that died after a day and given me plenty of options and price points for what I need whenever I walk in. Top notch people and gear.

    This is the best smoke shop in the area. Great prices last he stock with a good variety. The staff and owners are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

    WOW. Huge selection, it's beautiful inside. Service was friendly and the prices are of unheard of I couldn't believe how cheap tobacco was here compared to everywhere else I go. Definitely coming back here for now on, and I live 25 minutes away!

    I made my exchange and I am a very happy customer. The selection is great. Staff is friendly and know there stuff. The local artist works are beautiful/awesome/way cool. It is a bonus to have another female to talk cigars thanks Megan.

    Purchased a Silicone bong. I took it home cleaned it and when I went to use it had soaked up all the smells of the Lake Orion store. You smell the pipe and all you can smell it the scents of the store. This can not be good to inhale so I took it back to exchange it. I was told by the store manager that there is no return policy. Would not make a call to their superior to find out if there is an exception since the pipe has soaked up incense and candle scents from the store.

    Highly disappointed!!!! Never got a receipt and never saw one sign that said no returns all sales are final. Was waited on by the store Manager and was never told that all sales were final.

    I have no problems with all sales are final just post it! And make sure you are telling your customers. I was in the store just me and the manager for close to an hour. I spent over $100. It was my first time in and NOTHING was mentioned about all sales are final.

    I just wanted to exchange a pipe that smells like the store and will be unhealthy to smoke from. One would think that they would want the customers happy and healthy.

    So disappointing that a business won't take care of there customer when a product is faulty. I am a business owner and I do this for my customers when a product is faulty.

    What can I say about puff factory that hasn't already been said about the staff, the humidifier or the huge glass selection? This is one of the greatest smoke shops of all time. My boyfriend and I would argue constantly over what glass piece to get with there being such a HUGE selection, how do you choose?! These are the things that can destroy an entire relationship, thankfully for Megan & Dallas we can always come to an agreement. We love how involved and kind the staff always is. It's never a bad experience! Always upbeat and enjoying my time in the store 🙂
