I have been a patient of Dr. Turner and Audrey for several years - both are great! Very professional, friendly and they know their stuff!!!!! The office staff is wonderful and make you feel at home - almost like you're family.
I have been seeing Audrey (P.A.-C) at Dr. Turner's office for almost two years for skincare and checkups. She is very knowledgeable and professional and just super nice. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice and helpful. Not sure about the other complaints regarding rude front desk staff? I personally have never experienced that, even when I called to tell them I was running late. Aside from one odd experience I had where the M.A./tech accused me of making the wrong appointment and was super rude to me (I didn't make the wrong appointment-- it turned out the person at the front desk was new and it was her error), I have nothing but great experiences with this office. I would recommend them to anyone, and have already referred several people there who have had equally great experiences.
Audrey is the best! She takes care of your needs and is very personable as well. Audrey tries her best to give good tips on skin care. I have seen Dr. Turner once before and she does a great job, but is usually booked. The ladies up front are very sweet and help to squeeze you in if needed. Very clean. Highly recommend!
Dr. Turner has been my doc for years so I speak from years of experience. She is knowledge, friendly, patient, and prompt. Her staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The office itself is professional and very clean. Along with the early morning appointment times you could not ask for more!
