Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy

I am a first-time client at Team Rehab in Lake Orion. I'm recovering from Achilles surgery and did not know what to expect. The intake process was incredibly thorough and focused on my injury and needs and the therapist is skilled, intuitive and kind. I felt as if the treatment plan was designed just for me, not one they copy/pasted. The treatment is detailed, rigorous and creative (one exercise has me using my toes to pick up marbles. Its harder than you think!). I was worried about scheduling 3x/week but they made it an easy process and accommodated my schedule. I enjoy my PT visits and look forward to meeting my goals of wearing two shoes and walking one mile.

This place is amazing! A very good group of compassionate and caring people. The therapists are highly skilled and take care to ensure patients understand the therapy and exercises. All the staff are friendly and brighten your day with a smile and encouragement. I highly recommend Team Rehab Lake Orion to everyone!

I’ve been coming here for various conditions over the last two years from long haulers Covid which caused breathing issues to currently a sciatic nerve issue.
The whole staff is great, friendly and welcoming. They are well trained and the owner Val is wonderful.
They even offer dry needling and acupuncture, which is helping tremendously with the Sciatica!
I am blessed to have Team Rehab of Lake Orion a part of my healing journey.

Unfortunately, I have had 3 back surgeries, 2 knee surgeries, and numerous tears in muscles and tendons over the years. All of this has resulted in a lot of PT over the years and trying many facilities. Some were doctor recommended, others were convenient. What is interesting is how each PT facility treats the patient.
When I moved to Lake Orion, I was searching for a facility that practiced dry needling. After contacting numerous PT facilities I found Team Rehab did have a qualified person that did dry needling. At that time Val was my therapist and did a wonderful job of treating me, and getting me back in the game. Over the years I have worked with Jennifer, Amanda, and Tonya. Each of these therapists are highly skilled in their profession.
The professionalism and skill level doesn't stop there. It also extends to the support staff like Missy and Lauren constantly monitor to ensure your form is correct and you're getting the most out of the exercises.
I have found Team Rehab in Lake Orion to be my one stop shop to fix whatever I break. Team Rehab is just like a good car mechanic who you put your trust in. Val and her team will get you up and running again.
