  I bought blow-in instillation and machine rental was free. Check out was easy. The guys were friendly and helped load up the machine. Later I called because I needed extra hose and was told I could pick more up. I would have given it 5 stars until this point but when I showed up to get the hose, the guy at the pro desk acted like he didn't want to help. I'm a woman and he handed me a big garbage can with the house in it to carry. He was not about to help carry it until I set i started dragging the can behind me. So he lost a star. When I returned the machine Ken was very helpful as well as the person at the service desk. Overall I was satisfied.

  We needed a washer and dryer. Ellyn is awesome to work with ti find the right one. She asked all the right questions to help us narrow down to the ones we wanted. She was so knowledgeable. She explained everything and shared great tips and info. After going to three different stores to look at appliances, this was the best deal and service.
  Also, Christine (hope I spelled it right), the appliance manager, was awesome when I had question at delivery. She helped to resolved things immediately and brought solutions to the table. She called back promptly and was pleasant the whole time.
  
  Edit: After this post, everything went downhill. Since said manager above advised me to refuse both items if any issues, I had refused the dryer which meant the washer was refused as well. Everyone was pointing at someone else for responsibility (manufacturer, Home Depot, delivery, etc.). Finally got the DRYER reordered by Home Depot manager but washer never ordered and so no one had record of it being ordered. The original one was “lost”. Home Depot said it was in the warehouse, warehouse said they didn’t have it (are at least that is what they thought), delivery people said they would deliver it and then decided not to because they can’t split orders. So here is is a MONTH later and I just got my dryer (split order because no washer but they will do it when it is in their favor) but still waiting on my washer. And all Home Depot customer service supervisor could say was he would “escalate” my concerns but he probably wouldn’t hear back for days and that he was then off for two days so I may or may not hear back from him. Never heard back from the warehouse owner who was going to look for my washer. And the Home Depot reps are either super nice or super mean but without any set solution from any of them.

  They had what I came for. It's a bit farther away than the other nearby home depot, but they had a better selection of flowers that day.
