He was very clear on everything needed up front to help us to collect required information and documentation ahead of our in person visit, so we could make the sign off process as quick and seamless as possible. His customer service was above and beyond, identifying any opportunity along the way to help ease the process and get us everything we wanted and more! I’m always hesitant about going into a dealership but Ron put me at ease and gave me updates in regards to where my car was which I definitely appreciated. I’ve already recommended him to a couple of my coworkers and we will be in to get my husband a new car soon too!
