Skalnek Ford Service Center

17th December 2022 : Came here with an appointment for an exhaust rattle TSB for my 2007 Ford Mustang GT.

Once they understood my concerns, they took the car right in and got it fixed within minutes.

I understand what it is like to run a service centre. Despite all that they had on their plate, they prioritised my issue and had me back on the road with a wide smile and a rumbling V8.

The service manager was very kind and generous, so were all the technicians. (Happy & helpful people, Isn't this what America is all about?) They even took me under the hoist to show me what's going on. I've interned myself in many svcs in my teens back home, I would totally spend my weekend working here for free if I were in my teens again. (Being around and working on cars is my happy place! :))

I would totally recommend this place for anyone with a Ford and care about it! 💯

I recently purchased a Ford Bronco from Brandon Hardy at Ford Skalnek, which was an awesome experience. He was knowledgeable and easy going, and I can tell he works tirelessly for his customers. Upon getting my vehicle home I had experienced a “technical difficulty” pulling it into the garage with the top half open. Oops…. Needless to say, the top didn't fit into my garage by a couple inches, resulting in contact and a misalignment issue. After this, I was not able to close the latch. I contacted the Skalnek Ford Collision Center and they were very kind and offered to look at the issue immediately. A huge shout out and THANK YOU to Marshall who fixed my latch and soft top on the spot. This team is the real deal! They know what they are doing and really go above and beyond for the customer experience.

Long review. But awesome place. Took car in for work we knew needed done (Transmission work). Already knew it was going to be pricey.

Ended up finding out more was wrong. Always a terrible situation to be in. However this place not only was willing to work with us they did an amazing job on the work itself. Car is running like a top and in better shape than when it was bought (Turbo was non-functional from lot it was bought from).

I would highly recommend this place. Quality work and labor price is good for a dealer shop. I would 100% be comfortable taking a vehicle here again.
