    This AT&T location has amazing customer service! Went in for the process of switching providers. They made this process easy and simple to understand. All staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will go to this location in the future for any AT&T related services.

    We had Rebecca take care of us ordering new phones. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL...WE WANT HER TO HA E A 10 STAR RATING. THE BEST AGENT EVER!!!

    Becca is the best customer service rep I’ve had ever. She had to combine two of my accounts, change one over to first net, and help my husband get a new phone all in store. She did so with patience, full knowledge and panache.

    A rude customer came in and tried to bully Becca while she was working with us and Becca handled it with empathy and patience while also not letting the customer abuse her verbally.

    I would recommend her to everyone, she is a shining star and AT&T should train all employees in her likeness.

    Miranda is literally amazing. I had AT&T once upon a time and honestly I have no idea why I even left! She helped me get out of Verizon and it’s god awful service and save so much money. I was able to upgrade my phone and watch and I’m paying way less than I was at Verizon. She was super kind, energetic and thoroughly explained everything she was doing. Excellent service and I cannot wait to get my new phone/watch!
