  I just want to give a big thank you out to Scott! I took my central vacuum in to be repaired and learned that the repair would be more expensive than what he could replace a new one for. My central vac was over 21 years old so time for a new one. He literally installed anew and better one for less than I had paid for my old one 21 years earlier. I love My new central vac. so happy to support local. Thank you again!!! 5 stars from this girl!

  What a great experience and high level of service! Called in on Sunday morning. By Tuesday we had a new central vac system installed at a very reasonable and straightforward price This was one of the easiest things I have done all year. Could not wait to vacuum my whole house tonight for the fun of it :)

  I moved to Oxford in December 2018. My Kirby decided it had been used long enough with its original cord. I called Oxford Vacuum to see if they could repair my Kirby. I am so glad I called them, not only were they able to repair my Kirby, but they welcomed me to Oxford, took the time to share a little about the area and made me feel like I had made the best choice by moving here as well as contacting them. I brought my Kirby in to them to repair and they fixed it right then. Incredible service, very friendly and the store was clean and organized. I would highly recommend Oxford Vacuum to all of my friends, family, colleagues and clients. Thank you Oxford Vacuum

  As a business owner, I can say without reservation say that Scott Acton runs the most honest and knowledgeable vacuum shop around. He will give you the best information available to make an informed decision on whether a repair is your best option. He will not push or force any sale on you and will do exactly what you want as a customer. I've purchased several vacuum cleaners in the past from other local shops and I will go nowhere else for my vacuum needs in the future. It's nice to know that you can purchase with confidence in the Oxford area for all of your vacuum needs. Keep up the GREAT work!

  I have had a few warranty repairs done here in the past, and have been very happy with the service.
  I just picked up my vacuum after getting a cord replacement & servicing and Scott cleaned my vacuum like it was new (which is saying something considering we have 3 dogs!).
  He is very prompt with repairs, and kept me updated. Very impressed, I would highly recommend!
