Dr. Richards is top notch, one-of-a-kind, and staff are outstanding. I can always get a same day appointment, and the office staff call with test results. Extremely efficient and always professional but friendly. I have seen all the other physicians as well, and each one is terrific.
I've been going to see Richards for over 10 years now. My mom and my grandma go to her as well. My great grandma, before she passed a few years ago, went to her. We love Dr Richards. She is so thorough with everything and she truly cares about us. I had gone to a different PCP in Troy a few times because they were closer to me at the time, but it just wasn't the same. Every other doctor I've gone to, they just try to rush through everything and don't bother taking the time to get to know you. Dr Richards listens to our concerns and works to try to get to the bottom of it.
Hands down best doctor's office and staff you could ever find. Literally perfect.
