I have known Bob for many years. He has kept my sometimes ornery old wind up wall clock going!! He is very precise thorough in whatever he does for my clock.

Have worked with Bob since 1999. He helped package our 100yr old grandfather clock for the move to Europe and then set it up upon our return to Michigan and has done maintenance for years since! Always a terrific experience and worth the very dollar! Highly recommended!

Wonderful and charming small business, highly recommend! Worth my visit, all I needed was a watch battery replacement for an old watch...the last place I went to the battery only lasted 6 months, but Bob here was very knowledgeable and thorough in handling my watch. He said new battery will definitely last more than a year. Plus, very reasonable price!

After being turned away from a much larger store (they could not remove links from a smartwatch band?), I found Clock Specialists, LLC. He was professional, fast and very friendly.
