This is the third time I've used this business for short term storage. The facility is clean, well maintained and access is safe and easy. McKenze and Demarcus are fun, friendly and efficient. They know how to help! The pricing is very good comparatively.

So far this has been hands down my best experience with a storage facility. MacKenzie has been nothing short of amazing! Very friendly and welcoming especially with my two doggos. I appreciate her kindness and understanding.

my experience was good. I was with Prime Storage a very long time. occasionally the elevator was broken . Also when you decide to leave make sure you check how far in advance you have to let them know. I gave 13 day noticer and was charged 35.00 not remembering they require 15
