PACE Southeast Michigan

I recently attended a function at this location and was thoroughly impressed! The facility was nice and clean - but it was the staff that left the greatest impression! Everyone I met was awesome, and worked hard to make sure their guests were happy and had what they needed. The kindness and positivity flowing around was great- and contagious!

This program has changed my life in many positive ways! My medical care and management of my appointments and medications is excellent. They have solved many life challenges through the wide range of services that are available. I have developed close relationships with everyone that is a part of my care team. I love that I am free to choose if and when I want to go to the center to socialize and hang out or if I just utilize my care team to help me with paperwork, financial needs, food, mental health therapy and really anything I am needing help with! I sincerely wish more seniors knew about PACE and more doctors at HENRY FORD would automatically let their elderly patients have information on this program. My medical team at the EASTPOINTE CENTER has literally saved my life several times by making a FAST medical decision and getting me to a hospital. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experiences and superb care .!

One of the best programs. For our senior citizens, mom and dad grandmas and grandpas. Medical insurance Prescriptions equipment appointments everything transportation is covered even meals!

Pace is the PLACE. Awesome place to work
