Excellent staff!!! Purchased a new car from Michael C and Cory took great car of my husband's car at service. Both men were polite, professional! I will 100% recommend.

Not my primary Lincoln dealership but they were able to get my vehicle serviced and Mike has kept me updated on the progress. Great customer service too and very welcoming. Dealership went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of as well as providing me a rental.

My experiences with Lincoln, and especially Star Lincoln have always met expectations. There was a slight miscommunication between scheduling on the app and direct with the dealership for an oil change. When this was brought to the attention of the service mgr, Rob, he resolved it immediately to my total satisfaction. Rob is a true professional and I will be returning to Star Lincoln for many years to come.

We recently purchased our Lincoln from Star Lincoln after having visited multiple area Lincoln dealerships. Must say our interaction with Star's salesperson Laura was the best car buying experience. She took the time to listen to what our preferred Lincoln would have to have amid many choices, made efforts to find the right vehicle, was very sincere throughout the process of negotiation, and brought the vehicle home. Laura gave my wife probably the most thorough walkthrough of the features of a Lincoln I have seen. This was truly nothing short of a five-star experience.
