Lain James Modernization

Lain James Modernization did a total kitchen renovation and replaced the flooring and trim work in our house. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We now have our dream kitchen!! Luke and his team listened to all of our requests and completed quality, professional work. We feel like we’re living in a new house! We’ve received so many compliments on our kitchen and flooring. Luke and his team did amazing work on the flooring of my entire first floor, paying attention to all the details!! They worked in a chaotic house and got the job done very efficiently! Can’t wait to use them again for my kitchen remodel!!

Lain James Modernization took my house from very ugly to beautiful. I bought a house that needed to be gutted all the way down to studs and remodeled. The first time I met Luke I told him what I was looking to do and my ideas. It was understood that this is not my expertise and to please let me know if this would work.
When he returned with a plan, he kindly let me know that although he could work with my idea, he had an idea that would make the space work even better. I let Luke design many parts of the remodel and every room looks amazing.
He remodeled the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom. He added a bathroom and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and left a beautiful space for me to live in.
Let's talk about the laundry room that had a crazy access door opening for underneath the stairs. His idea turned into a reality and the door makes the whole room complete.
If you are looking for a company that can come in and do a turnkey project, look no further. Luke and his team of employees are the best there is!! My team was Luke, Mark and Spencer!!

Luke, Spencer and Mark did an amazing job on our bathroom and closet renovation. It was a big job and Their team made it happen! Very professional, great communication, gave great suggestions when unsure on decisions and flexible with timelines or changes. When leaving for the day, they were very conscious of being sure all areas were cleaned up! All were very friendly and helpful. Luke, Spencer and Mark were also very patient with having our little ones home at times. They also spoiled our dog with extra treats, pets and trips outside. We had many neighbors ask about them. Would highly recommend and will use with future house projects! Thanks so much guys!

We had the pleasure of working with Luke and his crew fall 2021.
Luke total transformed our home, including new kitchen, bathroom, master closet, all floors, doors and trim. Also updated our electrical box and added additional lighting throughout the house. They were always on time and cleaned up before they left. When I couldn't decide on a design choice, Luke had great suggestions to help me. Thanks for our new house!! We will definitely be calling when it's time for our basement remodel.
