Clearly explained and dealt with the paperwork and ensured all questions were answered and understood by all family members. Never felt rushed, and she handled the funeral arrangements/ceremony very well with opening and closing statements of support. And a former Air Force veteran, therefore, handled each event with confidence, but compassion for the family as well!
