When I called, Jim Bentley immediately answered and was so kind and helpful. Even when we didn’t know if we would be able to work something out for a loan he tried his best and was eventually able to help us out. I can’t say how much we appreciate his help and not dismissing us right away but doing what he could to truly help us. Also Rachel was amazing and so kind and helpful. This was a great experience for getting our first mortgage!

The whole experience from the first interaction with Josh to the last email from Tina was professional, prompt, thorough. I was kept informed every step of the way and every question was answered promptly and in a way that even a confessed finance dummy like myself could understand. The speed that they were able to put it all together for me was fantastic. Years end was rapidly approaching and they never missed a beat. Even my "closer" was great! Came to my house, was extremely efficient. Important when your looking at a ton of paperwork to sign, initial, etc. Heck, he made it fun, keeping our focus on the final steps and all that we were accomplishing. Big thanks to the whole team! ***************Update from 1 year later: I didn’t think this company could get better but it did! They contacted me a year after we closed our home and told us there was a new program where we could save a couple hundred on our mortgage a month. The process was seamless and I didn’t have to come out of pocket for anything! Not only am I saving money but I literally didn’t do anything to get it! Tara Willman and Joshua Sells are the best! I was scoping out multiple mortgage companies and as soon as I spoke with Antonio Perkins, I knew that he was not trying to sell me. He wanted to know what I wanted to achieve from my refinance and he gave me his professional advice without selling me. The numbers he gave me were accurate from start to finish. He told me we could close around 30 days and he was right. Tony and Anna were very quick to respond to any of my questions and kept me updated so we did not have to sit and wonder.
