These things are a great idea. All the bottles that these caps fit onto say "shake vigorously". Doing so with the normal caps on them results in a spray pattern of the contents of that bottle on the floor, walls and ceiling.

Exact-caps actually seal the bottles and make it really easy to measure.
Very useful.
