Pedego Electric Bikes Walled Lake

I absolutely love this bike store!!! It has opened my eyes to how amazing electric bikes are. They have very kind employees who work there and there bike tech can fix about anything you give him. I would definitely recommend pedego walled lake to others!!

Had rentals for electric bikes. Exactly what I needed. Went for a fun ride on the trails. Very great rental prices. The new guy Evans at the front desk did great. The other more experienced guy was great and very kind. Lovely people. Enjoyed my ride on the electric bikes. No issues whatsoever.

On June 2nd was up from Tennessee to visit family and take several organized and scheduled long distance rides. After the first ride on the 2nd my Raleigh bike's rear tire went flat. As I got to the hotel late most bike shops were closed. The one which was open gave me a 10 day estimate to fix my flat. The hotel desk clerk suggested calling the Pedego shop in Walked Lake which I did the following morning at 8 am. Told them of my dilemma and that I needed to be at the next ride in Rochester by 11 am. They advised to bring the bike in. The gentlemen who took care of me were fantastic. Went to the front of the line. As he did not stock my tire size he actually disassembled bike from the sales floor and removed its tube to use in my bike. He also adjusted the brakes, trued the wheels and gave the bike an inspection at no charge. They also let me plug in my wife's electric bike to charge the battery. These guys provided great service and got me back on the road in 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Nice job, you both saved the day.
