Waterford Pines Apartments

We have lived here 3+ years and have been so impressed! Maintenance fixes problems quickly and the office staff is so friendly! Also very quiet and clean, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend!!

Spacious apartments, nice environment and a LAUNDRY ROOM. Maintenance is on time and staff are super helpful, especially Gary. Never had a single problem that a phone call couldn't fix.

I currently live here, love the facility, great staff. They are always helpful and jump right on any problem I call about. The staff is very helpful, I love Jessica (property manager). Gary and Bradley are amazing as well. The only issues I have with the facility is PARKING and the fact the back of the complex doesn’t look as nice as the front. At the rate of rent there should NOT be open parking. Each resident is given a parking pass but that pass means nothing, you call the tow yard and they are NO HELP. The first thing they say is you have to call your leasing office for help. So what do I do when the leasing office is closed and I have a parking issue? I just feel that each unit should have assigned spots. Nobody wants to get off work and walk a mile to their door because neighbors have company and don’t inform them where visitor parking is located. As far as looks the front has nice grass and just looks alive the back needs some TLC to the yards and bushes. The back of the complex needs some life like how the front has.

Nichole was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She really made a great first impression and I will be filling out an application on Friday.
