Thank you for your reply Dr. Dyer. It did help me understand things better. I have revised my review. The reminder and notification problem is understandable. The medication issue could have been a communication confusion/error with it being over the phone. I have used it on other dogs in the past. Was just unexpected at the time. Everyone in the office has always been kind, friendly, professional and accommodating to us and our animals over the past years. It was never anything against Dr. Richards. I like her especially after she did so much for our sweet boy who died of cancer a few years ago. Will definitely keep bringing our animals for care.

We had an emergency last Saturday AND Monday AND Wednesday. They squeezed us in each time and treated Buster great! I thought Buster would hate to go in there after that but he still wags his tail when he gets there and the staff all know him by name and spoil him.

They are the best place you can go! I've been going here since it was Lake Geneva. They know you and are the nicest people! I always feel my baby is safe here!

They are personable and friendly. Talented staff. They care for my FIV positive cat for the past years. I love them here.

Update 2/2/21: Five stars!
Still really expensive. However, they now have12 month payment plans which include and discount several services. I cannot say enough about the care my dogs receive here. My Jacob was attacked by another dog last spring and Dr. Richards took him in for immediate emergency surgery. They were throughough and communicated with me before, after and even post surgery. I was having an issue getting him to take his pain pills so they told me to come to the office and the techs actually took him and gave him the pills for me.
Today I had an appointment for my other dog, Bella. I knew she was having dental issues but due to the pandemic I just didn't have the money to have dental work done. I was so embarrassed and felt terrible because I didnt want to be seen as neglectful. But, they never once made me feel bad. I wasn't shamed or judged. They were professional and even provided me with a referral to another vet because Dr. Richards is booked out for surgeries.

I've been coming here for 11 years and I'll never go anywhere else ❤

I've been taking my dogs here for several years. I can't say enough about how wonderful it is. The entire staff is wonderful. They are caring and they've always been flexible if I needed to come in for emergencies. Dr. Dyer even took my pup home to care for him for a few days. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because its really expensive.
