Greg is a very professional guy who takes pride in what he does. He assessed the situation before getting started and provided great feedback on our “self-cleaning” processes. We have an older dog that has made stains that we tried to clean, and Greg provided the proper way to eliminate these to have long lasting carpet. Greg was upfront on what he intended to do and the projected outcome. The results exceeded our expectations and we’re grateful for Greg’s knowledge, experience, and attention to the details in his profession. Greg is a very personable individual who we naturally trusted from his demeanor and guidance. We will continue to call on Greg for routine cleaning of our carpets.

Greg is an incredibly wholesome guy, he came over to clean our carpets but because our situation was so bad he suggested we remove the carpet instead since cleaning it would only be a short term solution. He was very understanding, said he didn’t want to just take our money and helped us find other working solutions. 10/10 extremely honest and kind!

I waited awhile to write a review to see if the carpet cleaning held up. I’ve used many different companies including the best known ones, and have always been disappointed, after a month or so, carpets looked worse than before cleaning. So I am happily amazed at how good my carpets look after cleaning by Aggressive 4 months ago. He takes his time and doesn’t run through the house. I had the carpets scotch guarded. Today I spilled a whole cup of coffee and it came right up with blotting and warm water . I won’t EVER use anyone else. HIGHLY recommend Aggressive!!

Greg does an excellent job, I highly recommend his services. He was professional, had new equipment, and helped move furniture as well as put our couch on foam pieces to keep off the carpet while it dried. We had never had our carpet cleaned, and it smells so clean and fresh after being cleaned. It’s just like new now, and I will definitely continue to get it cleaned and use this service again.

We've been having Greg with Aggressive Carpet cleaning our carpets twice a year since we moved into our house in Milford four years ago. He is always super easy to schedule and does the most thorough job of any carpet cleaning company I have ever employed. In addition, his price is always very competitive. As long as we live in the area, he's going to be our carpet/upholstery guy!
