Folks please let me save you some time and aggrevation...DO BUY from American Trailer Mart! Seriously, I started the process of buying an aluminum trailer with Jerry and everything just went so great from there. The administration staff, friendly and professional and accurate paperwork! Parts and Service (I bought add on items, no pressure from them though) was great as well. The Yard Assembly gentleman I met was so super cool both times, especially today when hooking it up to my vehicle! Back to my salesman Jerry. I was contacting 3 or 4 places by email, only Jerry was replying in a timely manor and not making mistakes during our communication. So...as the deal went forward and two visits later (one to buy one and to return/pick up), it was very pleasing to have this trust built up and enjoy a smooth ride to the finish!!! Even the Sales Manager gave me a friendly walk over, smile and greeting and my deal was already sealed so he was gaining nothing.

If they have what you need, just go ahead and buy it...the guys and gals are stress and drama free. Wish I could remember all their names but my memory is not the best.

I just purchased a new Triton TC128 from American Trailer Mart and I had a great experience. Mike was my sales person and he made sure I was well taken care of from start to finish. I also like that they are a full service dealer, so I know who to go to for any service/maintenance.

American Trailer Mart was such a great place to do business with. Our salesman Mike was top notch. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. The mechanic we dealt with was so nice and helpful and the parts person was very friendly and got us everything we needed in no time. Overall a very good experience purchasing our trailer here. We will be back and spread the word how great they were to us!

Thank you Mike for my awesome brand new American Pace trailer. Just an awesome family-owned business I would feel guilty spending money elsewhere. Don't waste your time with online scams on Facebook or any of the websites there is an agenda with all of those sites, keep it local and factual American Trailer Mart.

I randomly called this place because my son and I were trying to get my 12' trailer to sit right on the trailer hitch and we weren't having any luck. They confirmed that they did do repairs so we decided to go on over, not knowing if we needed a repair exactly but desperate for help. We got there and it was super busy. And pouring rain. A man watched us, and it was pretty obvious that we didn't know where to go or what to do. So he came out in the rain, asked what we needed and proceeded to spend the next 15 to 20 minutes helping us. It was pouring rain and I did my best to hold an umbrella over us, but he still got pretty soaked. Aaron was so helpful and went out of his way to educate us on our hitch hook up. Top notch customer service. Thank you Aaron. I will always refer people to you.
