I’ve seen Dr. James Stepanski for several years. He truly cares and takes the time to listen to my symptoms, ask questions, and explain any prescriptions or referrals. I also very much appreciate that he considers stress level and other factors before just handing out medication. The office itself is dingy and the administrative staff can be a bit rough around the edges at times (the strain on the healthcare system and staff is obvious), but I’ve always had great care here. The nurse who draws blood is incredibly kind and skilled at making the experience as easy as possible. My only real complaint with this office is the inability to make appointments when I’m sick. Their next available appointment is usually about 2 weeks out so I find myself going here for more long-term issues and annual appointments.
Known them for years, have no problems with them at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice place.
I Miss Dr. Crafton terribly. That being said I can't even imagine going anyplace else. I've been coming here for at least 48 years. As a kid I saw the late Dr. Stepanski I've seen Dr. James Stepanski, a few times t/o my life, and now I am seeing his son. This young gun shares a new perspective on things and is very caring listening to all my problems.I have no complaints and the front desk and other staff have always treated me with respect. .
Not only have I been a patient here my whole life, many of my family, extended family and friends have and still come here all for the excellent care they receive.
I use to go to Dr. Stepanski Dad when it was his practice. Dr.Jim is a wonderful Dr. And I'm sure his son will follow his Father & Grandfather's Footsteps. I participated in sports my whole life. Dr. Jim was a very good Athlete himself. He doesn't advertise it but he's very good at sports medicine and can and has got me back on the field ASAP. I have lived in 5 different states in the last decade. Thank God I've been in over all Good health. When I know that I'm going to be in town for a stay I try to schedule my check ups then. God's will and Dr. James Stepanski have keep me in Good shape. Thanks Dr.J & Staff
