I met with Taylor at 7.7 in west bloomfield, almost a year ago. My journey with her not only changed my life but a few family members. The purpose of my meeting was to help with a medical issue. (If i could lose a few pounds that was an added bonus). I did just that. I became more knowledgeable about healthy carbs and fats to consume. As well as the importance of eating vegetables.
