(June 16, 2021, 12:12 pm)I ordered a part for a 99 Dodge Ram and after several days I contacted TNT to see when it was going to ship, I was told it could be a couple of weeks. I wrote back and said that would not work for me, could they please cancel the order and refund my money. Within 5 minutes I got an email, it has been canceled and there will be a credit on my card . Although I could not wait for a back ordered item, I'm impressed that they canceled the order NO problem at all . I will definitely order from them again, Thank You for such a fast response Go to know you can trust this online site since there are so many crooks (Rock Auto is one )
