I don’t know where to start. We met Nick’s dad to start and liked him so much we were hesitant to be turned over to his son Nick. The apple does not fall far from the tree! If there is one word to describe Nick it would be “Superman.” We bought a condo from Nick and he represented both us and the seller. We only wish we had sold our home with Nick. Nick is professional, always answers his phone whenever you call, goes above and beyond on things that don’t even involve him or the transaction, and is beyond trustworthy. He is the most capable real estate agent I have ever met and will never use anyone else. If you want someone who is knowledgeable and does his job by going above and beyond in everything he does then do yourself a favor and call Nick first! And if your looking to buy on the Lake or in the Algonac area he is an expert in all the details you need to know. I know we would have experienced a ton more stress if we did not have Nick in our corner. The only reason he is getting 5 stars is because they won’t allow me to give 6!
