Auto DR

My brakes started failing which I noticed when I was slowing down to make a turn and the truck wanted to keep going straight instead of slowing down. They got me in the day after I called and my truck was fixed and I had it back the same day. They are excellent at informing the customers on what is being done.
I highly recommend AutoDR.

The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel secure while my vehicle was serviced. I will be taking my vehicle there for future maintenance. They definitely care about the customers. Both Dustin, Joe, and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely looking forward to having them service my vehicle in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for class A service!

Outstanding and honest mechanic. Told me about an issue that they noticed and was a concerning safety issue. Even though it wasn't something they could help with. Very convenient allowed me to drop off my vehicle and pick up after hours they also take the extended warranty I bought from my Credit Union.

Auto DR is literally the place you hope it will be whenever someone says "I got a mechanic." Dustin and his team embody all the reasons people remain devoted to their services. They are professional, courteous, highly-skilled, thorough, absolutely affordable, and put the customer's needs and concerns above all else. They go out of their way to diagnose issues all the while communicating with the customer regarding status and either pre-approved or advisable actions.
They are also very considerate if a customer struggles with understanding what's necessary or if funding is problematic - case in point, our daughters now rely on Auto DR since each getting their own vehicles. I have watched them interact with the kids, making sure they understood any issues, advising them between what was imperative vs. what could be safely postponed. They even offered insight as to which tasks could be combined in order to save money on labor. They look out for their customer as if they were family.
I could continue with more examples, but these reasons are highlight enough for me to stick with Auto DR and encourage everyone to try them out - you won't be sorry!

I honestly don't even know where to start with this review. The guys at AutoDR have been a silver lining in my rainy day more times than I can count. Having previously been entangled in a legal battle with another mechanic who left me with a very expensive pile of metal that may or may not run on any given day, I was wary about placing trust in this profession again. Joe, Dustin and Trent swooped in like oil tarnished knights in shining armor to prove that not all auto mechanics are created equal. They've been my go-to for auto repair for several projects now, many of which involved cleaning up messes they took no part in creating. They have, time and time again treated me with respect, been open, honest and transparent with any issues, pricing and timelines and have stood behind their work. I'm certainly not the easiest customer, but you'd never know it by the way they greet me when I walk through their doors. I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking.
