  Cute small park for toddlers to play. Swings are very low to the ground and the equipment is only for toddlers. We had fun but were the only ones.

  Wonderful park! Great baseball diamonds, cute little playground with plenty of swings. There's often kind neighborhood kids playing basketball as well! The tennis courts are in fairly rough shape, but overall this park is a hub of friendly neighbors and happy kids!

About the Village of Manchester. HISTORY. Manchester Village was deeded to John Gilbert in 1826 and platted on paper. Only a few settlers arrived before 1832.
