Underground Athletics has a positive upbeat atmosphere. I like that everyone is doing the workout together as group. Before every workout there is a warmup and a breakdown of that class. Every move or lift can be modified to fit each persons individual needs. The coaches are friendly and make sure everyone is doing the workout safely and correctly. If your looking to get in a workout and meet new people this is the place.

We visited the Underground Athletics while camping in Milan. My husband and I were part of the Senior group. The owner was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the machines and proper form while using them. The whole experience was very upbeat and a lot of fun. I would definitely return if I lived in the area. I highly recommend this cross fit gym.

We love Underground Athletics! The one on one personal training experience is top notch because they really care and have passion for what they do. You'll learn how to use the equipment correctly with the right posture to not only maximize the effect but avoid injury. It's amazing how fast you see results with a custom plan that fits your goals. Shawn really gets you motivated with his great personality and pumping music! Pricing is more affordable than most other private personal trainers and I highly recommend them!!
