Great electronics store with a wide selection of consumer electronic products. There is a decent level of staffing and most of the staff on the floor know their products and can provide helpful advice. The prices are definitely higher than online retailers, but the premium isn't too much higher and the service makes up for it in my opinion.

Dealt with the Auto-Tech Geek Squad this evening with the installation of a remote control starter for my car and really appreciated the attention and information that their lead, Kevin, gave during the appointment. Initially, I was concerned that I was going to have to buy another part to do the install (which fortunately they had in stock). Also, based upon what I purchased, that piece was to be included so I didn't have any additional expense. He mentioned he's been at that store for 13 years so he certainly has mastered his craft there and if I have to buy auto equipment that requires BB install, I prefer Kevin to handle it!

I love shopping at Best Buy because they have employees who are very knowledgeable about the products that they are dealing with on a daily basis. I wanted to go up there to get my computer tuned up because it was running a little slow. Well, By the time they were ready for my appointment, my computer wouldn't even turn on, it totally died. The Geek Squad were totally helpful and helped¹ me understand exactly what was going on and what happened with my computer. Thankfully, I was a "total tech" member which basically covers everything. I would definitely recommend becoming a total tech member! They also take old computers and recycle them there which I thought was awesome. In the end, I bought a new laptop and I love it!

This review is for the car audio department. Purchased a car stereo and they installed it. Every service through the car audio installation department needs an appointment. Had the stereo installed and a couple weeks later was having a problem with the sound going in and out. Had to make another appointment to have it checked out.
The guy on duty that day didn’t check the wiring and was convinced it was a specked issue. Left that day problem unresolved.
Was in the area a few weeks later and Kevin fit me in without an appointment. He went to work after We discussed what was happening.
In 5 minutes he found and repaired the problem. I would recommend him
