Called Ken Cook in the morning and they were able to come by that afternoon. The plumber diagnosed the job quickly and repaired the probelm in a timely fashion. Fair pricing and good quality work. I will use them again.

Great first experience. They got someone out to my house right away to enable another team of contractors to get their work done. Also the plumber who came out came up with a quick solution to my problem which was better than the initial idea proposed.

Jason from Ken Cook Plumbing arrived on time and with all necessary tools & parts -- including our new Kohler toilet -- on his well-stocked truck. Jason has done work for us before and, as always, was courteous, knowledgable, efficient and left his work area tidy. He installed the new toilet (and disposed of the old), unclogged a bathroom sink, and re-did plumbing connections & shut-off valves in an outdoor utility closet. He also dismantled & examined a 35-year-old shower valve --having researched it ahead of time -- & explained what would be be involved in replacing it; I decided to wait on that. Office staff as always was pleasant helpful and Russ went out of his way to find the color I preferred for the new toilet. You can't go wrong with Ken Cook.
