  I moved here about a month ago now and so far, I'm completely blown away. My new apartment/condo/home is gorgeous! I love every corner of my unit. The pool just opened and I spent a couple hours there on the holiday and it was a absolute treat. The grounds are so pretty to stroll around. There's water features and nature . The few people I have encountered have all been sweet too. I find myself having to pinch myself that I'm calling this home. Oh, and did I mention you get an attached garage with your unit too? And the leasing office has the most helpful and nice crew. James was so patient with me during my signing process and Jay is the nicest and most respectful maintenance man I've ever had the pleasure of maintaining my apartment. I hate calling this an apartment because it's not like any other apartment I have rented. It's a great property. If you are looking, don't hesitate to check out Rosewood!

  Legends of Rosewood Village offers spacious apartment homes on beautiful grounds. You have a one car garage attached to your home which is a major convenience, especially in the Michigan winters. Management is amazing. I talked with James multiple times prior to moving in and he was always extremely kind, flexible, and helpful with anything I asked. The location is amazing as you are close to everything you need and only a short drive to downtown AA, but are afforded a bit more privacy than being in the city itself. I would definitely recommend living here and am happy to call it home!

  Moved into Legends Rosewood Village almost 8 years ago. It was the best choice I could have made! Grounds are beautiful and apartments are attractive and spacious. Safe and quiet. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful always. They go the extra mile to foster a true sense of community here.

  Love, love, love living here! Super friendly leasing managers and staff, dog friendly, and community-oriented. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well taken care of and the location is pretty much perfect. Close enough to Ann Arbor and Ypsi but nice and quiet. Can’t recommend these apartments highly enough :)

  Although Legends Rosewood Village was a temporary residence for my husband and I while we looked for a house, it worked out wonderfully. When we arrived it was spotless—extremely clean with freshly painted walls and recently shampooed carpets. The design of the buildings with 12 apartments in each (6 on opposite sides with 4 on the top and 2 on the bottom) is genius. It is a safe neighborhood and great location, their lawn service keeps the lawn and sidewalks well maintained, there is a dumpster for each building, and having a garage is a major plus. We also liked how the community is very dog friendly with poop bag dispensers throughout. Overall a great experience!
