  John from KAS repaired my front siding fascia on my home after a recent high wind event had damaged it. He was very quick to come out and provide an estimate and then completed the repair in a timely fashion, when likely most roofing repair companies would not have been interested in taking on a smaller job like this. I am happy with the results and highly recommend KAS for any of your home repair needs!

  These Guys! They had been recommended years ago by a neighbor. I have used their services several times and recommended them to family and clients of my own. Whenever a job comes up I reach out to them first. If it is a job they will undertake I hire them immediately even if I have to wait. They have always completed the jobs expertly, professionally and in a timely manner. They are personable and I have never had any reservations about their team working around my children.
  My clients and family have returned to thank me for recommending the call KAS first. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, and their communication is even better. If you’ve hired contractors before you’ll appreciate the value of good communication.
  If I ever had a job that was not one they would accept I would definitely try to hire them to be in charge of the project.

  KAS did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. The quality of the work is top notch, the prices were fair, and the team members were very pleasant and professional. It looks so great! In addition to all of this, they were extremely good at wrangling our naughty cat and making sure he didn't escape the house while they were working.

  I can't say enough good stuff about KAS. Ken, John, and their team remodeled our basement bathroom summer of 2021. Here are the highlights:
  -Their prices were fair (quote was for labor only, materials were paid thru-out the project and receipts were provided for all items).
  -They were super communicative and honest about everything, including costs and delays.
  -Their entire team was extremely friendly (with us and our 90lb dog) and made us feel comfortable with them in our home.
  -They were patient with us and our decision making and questions.
  -They went above and beyond to be helpful, going so far as to check on our home when we were out of town during a large summer storm.
  -They cleaned up completely after the project was complete.
  -Most importantly: THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. They are very detail-oriented and clearly care about the quality of the work they deliver. The tile work looks spectacular. They take care to make sure the client is happy and they will tell you what they believe works or doesn't work.
  
  Our remodel took a bit longer than expected and started a few weeks after the original projection. However, I think this is a credit to their honesty and attention to detail. KAS makes sure to do things RIGHT. If you have some flexibility with timing, I highly recommend reaching out to this team. I will not hesitate to contact them again for our next project in the area!

  They remodeled our half bath into a full bath and did an amazing job. They were very responsive and professional throughout the remodel. The workmanship was impeccable. When done, they asked us to put together a punch list of any touch ups or things we noticed that we wanted fixed, but we couldn't find anything. Highly recommend. Good contractor you can trust.
