Always like shopping at the Ypsi PSP. Clean, organized, well stocked. They have great cat toys and a fabulous rotation of holiday/seasonal fun stuff. Oh-- and the most critical of all supplies: kitty litter. They always offer to take it to the car for me.

Great customer service! Their manager is phenomenal. Tidy and well kept, what I need is always in stock. Sign up for their reward program - they frequently email great coupons.

We shop here often because it's the closest to our house for us to feed our two pitbulls. Always very friendly staff, great selection of items, and great discounts on particular items. Never crowded, always very accommodating and courteous staff members.

We have lived in the area since 2019 and have gone to many different locations which have all been a let down and I’m here to tell you all this is the happiest my dog and I have been with a grooming! Great little pet supply store with lots of products at a variety of price points. Really an amazing selection given the size of the store. Fantastic cat toys. They also work with a cat rescue and there are sometimes kittens. 😻 The employees are sincerely nice. Informative but not pushy.
