Kelly is excellent at massage therapy! I was ready to see a Doctor and now the pain I've had for months is nearly gone.

I went to Body Dynamics with an old shoulder injury doing kettle bell from a number of years ago. After 3 visits I can honestly say I have a healed shoulder. I would recommend any one to go for an appointment with her. She is very kind and listens to what have to say and has a compete understanding, of in my case, my injury. She is wonderful.

My mom, Sandy, had been suffering from neck, shoulder, and back pain for 6 months to a year. She went to a chiropractor religiously and, although her chiropractor is awesome and helped her with many other issues, chiropractic care wasn't touching her pain. I heard about Kelly LaCroix at the Pilates studio I regularly attend (Body Fitness Energy in Woodhaven, MI). Our instructor (and studio owner) raved about how Kelly had worked miracles on her. I passed the information along to my mom and encouraged her to make an appointment immediately. Long story short, my mom took the advice, made an appointment, stayed faithful to regular appointments with Kelly, and is as of today pain free! I went from seeing my very active mom not be able to turn her head from side to side without excruciating pain to doing that and more! Her movement is back! And she is keeping up with my three year old son like a champ! She loves Kelly, she raves about her! She knows when she leaves Kelly, she's going to feel better and better and that has improved her quality of life immensely! Kelly and her Body Dynamics are honest to goodness blessings. She truly cares, she genuinely wants her clients to be pain free, and she is willing to join you on your journey to feeling like your very best self. She's amazing and my mom will be the first to strongly encourage anyone with any pain whatsoever to call and make that first appointment. You won't be sorry!

She takes the time to listen to my issues I may be experiencing and helps to do what type of massage is proper for my current condition. Most of the time it is therapeutic. Sometimes corrective, and sometimes relaxation. I would highly recommend her services.
