Just had an incredible movement session at the Advanced Balance Clinic! Brittany has an integrated, functional approach to her effective therapies, and on top of it all, she cares about my wellbeing! I have a lot of home work exercises to do as well to complement the session at the clinic. Foot rolling, calf stretching, hip mobility exercises, just to name a few. Highly recommend!
