Westlake Apartments

Westlake is seriously amazing. We move in this upcoming week and have felt completely at home already. Katy, Sue, and Kevin are all amazing in the office & are more than helpful. (Even all great with my crazy toddler running around while we talked.) We look forward to having WestLake be our new home! Thank you thank you for all being so kind and wonderful to us!

From the moment we walked into the office to inquire about possible apartments, we experienced nothing but friendly and helpful staff members. We were originally met by who we later found out was the property manager, Katy, and she informed us that one of the leasing agents would assist us shortly. We then met Kevin. He showed an incredible amount of patience as we would wind up touring several apartments and some we saw two or three times. In the end, we applied and rented the same day before we even looked at any other apartment complexes. That is how comfortable we felt here. We returned two days later to get the keys and complete all the paperwork. Rochelle was instrumental in assisting us to navigate through the online portal and get all our apps set up. Sue, who also works in the office was also very kind, caring, and helped us to feel right at home. Lastly, when we went to the apartment to do our walk through, Robert, from the maintenance crew, showed up right away to get the smart lock and thermostat all set up for us. Additionally, when we found a minor issue with the kitchen sink, he immediately took care of the problem. Everyone we have met here has shown an incredible amount of pride in what they do and drive to make the experience of their residents a truly positive one.

Maintenance staff always responds to work orders very promptly. Robert was very friendly and worked with my schedule to come by when I would be home. I have lived at Westlake for a few years now and would definitely recommend it. The amenities are good with recent updates, units are reasonably updated as well. They also do lots of seasonal maintenance like replacing air filters, checking heaters, etc. that help keep things in good condition. The community feels safe overall and any issues that have arisen have been promptly addressed!

I have been living here at Westlake Apartments for 4 years. I love the upkeep of the grounds. The staff does a great job with informing the residents of updates and events. The maintenance team does awesome with responding to and completing repairs in a timely fashion. The security makes me feel safe. I love being a resident here and would definitely refer family and friends.

They have been very attentive and accommodating with unique situations. The manager is outstanding, as are the office staff and the maintenance crew. I can’t say enough about them. The community is awesome. We were recommended by a church friend, and it was definitely worth a while. No other apartment complex could have been more accommodating. Thank you so much for everything!
