Spent some time talking with Apex and getting some quotes for fireplaces. Mike was very pleasant to work with! I was pretty far outside of Apex's service area so we couldn't finalize a fireplace plan together. However, Mike took the extra time to research other vendors who were closer to where I lived who would likely be able to supply the fireplace I needed. That's excellent service in my eyes! Apex installed a drainage system for our back yard last summer 2022. They installed over 240' of drainage pipe, a large sump basin and 200' of pipe to pump the water to an area that drains. Jeff's team was very professional and the job was done in a timely manner. We have been fighting back yard flooding for 25 years but not anymore! The system they installed works perfectly. We are very happy with their workmanship and price!! We waited to write this review, so we were able to acknowledge that everything definitely works properly. THANK YOU

I put a bad review a couple of years ago under the name of Ed Thomas. I had a disagreement with the owner that now that I reflect was my fault. I wanted to delete that review, but the email I used for that account I no longer have access to. Jeff is a good guy that runs a good business and I am very happy with the work and professionalism. We had a gas log installed a year ago. They have been so incredible every time I deal with them. From the first stop in the showroom, throughout the installation, problem solving as we learn how to properly use it, etc. The technicians have been knowledgeable and great at communicating. Bret has been a huge part of our very positive experience. We highly recommend!

Apex is the best company we have dealt with in years. Called Mike about cracked glass in our 2 year old fireplace. With one call they got the glass and Brian installed it without any complication. Truly they know the meaning of customer service! Thanks
