(August 16, 2021, 11:56 am)I’ve been in a two bedroom townhouse here for 3-years now and what I love the most are the spacious bedroom with the on suite bathrooms. Not having to share a bathroom for “anything” is a joy!
Also, I enjoy having decent counter space in the kitchen while cooking and a washer and dryer as well. During the early part of the pandemic, I worked from home having the opportunity to be comfortable and safe in a very uncertain time.
My only issues are the large garbage containers that go in our one car garages that make you have to use mad driving skills to get in and out… especially during the winter season. Most park in the parking areas which sometimes cause some parking space issues. Also from time to time a few residents can get kind of noisy but it’s not constant.
Love the grounds, pool and even some of my neighbors. 😊 -

(August 14, 2021, 5:56 pm)My wife and I moved here last year from Spain and her company rented a temporary apartment at the second phase over cherry hill for us. We liked the layout of the apartment, the high ceilings and we loved the location. You are close to almost everything you need (grocery stores, restaurants, freeway or even a really nice trail to walk/run/ride your bike!).
So after the temporary stay in the rented unit we decided to move to another unit in the first phase (near the office). The maintenance has been quick and professional so far and we’ve extender our lease for another year!
Management is nice and they have alway been very reactive when we’ve needed them. They organize food trucks during the summer and some holiday activities for the kids (we don’t any have but still it’s nice!).
The thing I believe needs an upgrade is the equipment at the gym. The thread mill won’t start after someone has used it for about 30 min and you have to wait 10-15 for it to cool down. Also the multi purpose workout bench could be renovated.

(August 14, 2021, 5:54 pm)I moved into a two bedroom apartment at Pointe at Canton a year ago. The apartments are spacious and come with a private garage. There are a lot of outdoor parking spaces as well. It is a pet friendly community with well maintained amenities (pool, gym). Maintenance and communication has been very prompt and great so far!
