  I first had cervical spine physical therapy and left a review last year. This year in March, I had shoulder surgery, and Dr. Kyle has me already playing pickle ball. He is a wonderful physical therapist. He takes his time but makes sure I was on track with healing. He's a great listener, too. I highly recommend B2Y and Dr. Kyle. Adam is great also when Dr. Kyle was on vacation. Make no mistake that he plays 2nd fiddle. He works wonders himself. Thank you, guys.

  Nov 2022--Dr. Putnam is remarkable as well as the staff. The techniques were effective and we have a plan moving forward. I am confident I am on the right track!
  
  June 2023--6 months later, I have improved so much and reached my goals. I was a mess starting out and I have so much to thank these guys for. Dr. Kyle and Dr. Putnam have been excellent. Having a doctor in charge of your PT is quite the advantage. I chose Back to You because they are spine specialists, and it has been extremely helpful. Thank you!

  Back to You, Canton, entered my life for swelling of my knee and aggravated It-band issues (note to self - don’t bike 10 miles a day after 10 years of not riding!). A 5-star experience all the way! Dr. Putnam and his incredible team spent a lot of time with me, as they do with all of their patients, listening, evaluating, analyzing, teaching and guiding me through a program for my road to recovery. The therapy that helped me the most for the IT-band issue was dry needling with electrical stimulation. I hate needles and was not open to the idea at first but all of my questions and concerns were patiently answered so I did some research and agreed to a session. It was amazing the instant relief from just one session. My pain was 100% gone in most areas and range of motion improved greatly.
  BTU also has a great app that includes exercises that they customized for what I need, and that I can continue to follow at home to keep my body stronger and minimize the chances of re-injury. I learned so much from them and I recommend them highly!

  I was very impress the way Dr. Putnam listen my concerns and did several different tests to diagnose my issue. He was able to diagnose my concern in the very first visit. He advised me some exercises and performed deep dry Needling. My first visit made the drastic improvement in reducing/eliminating my chronic neck pain. I am very thankful for his help. He was refer to me by my son who is going there for his sport injury.

  Dr. John and his entire staff are amazing! I have had incredible improvements in my hip and knee-quicker than I thought possible! Dr. John is a thought-leader and so talented in dry needling, and he is getting me back to my normal activities and workout routine!
  Every single staff member is kind, helpful, and takes the time to make sure I am getting the most out of the exercises and treatments! Karen at the desk is so helpful! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of physical therapy!
