They were right on time, very efficient and respectful. We had some tough stains between 4 dogs, 5 people living in the house and normal wear and tear. He spent time on each stain and the carpets looked brand new when he was done. They smelled amazing too! Definitely would recommend!

I just purchased a house and the carpets looked like they have never been cleaned since they were installed in 2006. Not only did Plymouth carpet service get rid of the cat smell but the carpet looks almost new. The crew was professional and very knowledgeable with removing stains. I would highly recommend them. Tony came to clean my carpet. He was very nice and explained everything he was going to do. I live in an apartment And the carpeting was very old and dirty and worn out. I had planned on moving this year but had to stay another year so I thought I would have the Carpet cleaned. I didn't expect much. The last carpet cleaner came in And soaked the carpet and it never looked one bit cleaner. Tony cleaned the entire carpet With two separate machines. When he got done I could not get over the difference. It actually looked brand new. The dirty problem areas were all cleaned up and everything smelled fresh and clean. I will definitely use plymouth carpet service again and I am definitely recommending them to everyone I know. A few hours later the carpet is already drying and looks amazing. Tony was amazing and did an excellent job.

The best carpet cleaners. My carpet always looks brand new when they are finished. Fast drying no residue. I also have had them special clean a wool area rug that cane out fabulous. Highly recommend! Very professional and efficient.
