I have been staying here for a year now. So far good experience with the management. Maintenance requests are serviced on time. Apartments are old so the rents are a bit on the lower side compared to other apartments in the Canton area.

Just moved in here last week. Customer service is 5 stars. I dealt with Sharmeice and she was on the ball with everything. Every time I called she either answered or called right back. Great communication which is a lot more than I can say for their neighbors across 275 (the crossings now called Ridgeline of Canton). Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because when I moved in my apartment was very dirty. Webs and dirt. Had to wash the window screens with a hose because of the smoke build up from the previous renter. However, once everything was cleaned it’s been smooth sailing since then. I would definitely recommend this place, just make sure to ask to have it cleaned before you move in!

The maintenance crew always does an awesome job. Matt worked on our toilet a few weeks ago ang he got it fixed that same day. Also, I send in a maintenance request for some water leaked on our ceiling and Matt went to our apartment and figured out what needs to be done. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Apartments are spacious with well-planned storage spaces. Parking is available free of cost for their residents. Juliet is quickly responsive and takes care of my parents. The only problem is that the new company is increasing rent every year. Our rent increased 300 $ per month in the last 3 years.
