This is the best citizens branch by far! They have always been there to help and are very caring about their customers. The staff is extremely friendly and makes sure you’re taken care of. The assistant branch manager Heba Alaaraj is absolutely awesome! She goes above and beyond to make sure my banking experience is perfect. my favorite branch! easy in easy out, I agree with the below that some people behind the counter are better than others but that's just because there is always someone new from another branch. I prefer them way better than chase bank as they are more down to earth... oh and I love their new android app.
