I had some concerns about the exam, glasses selection and price, the whole team at SVS Garden City from reception to Dr Steve, and Melodie answered all of my wife’s and my concerns, and questions. Everyone in the office is respectful and gentle. My wife and I are an older couple and we appreciated the patience and kindness everyone showed us. Thank you, we are looking forward to receiving our new glasses soon

Rita was very helpful. She copied my insurance plan coverage which I had had difficulty doing at home. My glasses are beautiful and I really appreciate the box of Eye Glass wipes. Very professional and friendly place.

The customer service woman (Pat?)was very helpful in picking out which glasses looked best on me since I have a hard time making decisions. She also helped me to figure out the cost since she knew I was on a fixed budget which I really appreciated! And very friendly too!!

The Opthamologist was great!! Very caring and helpful. The staff is super friendly not pushy. If your looking for a quick and efficient place to get your eyeglasses you won't be disappointed.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. I received help picking out the glasses that were right for my shaped face. The opthalmologist explained the state of my eyes and was very detailed in his explanation. The office felt very peaceful. I will definately be going back to this location again.
