Chimney Cricket did a great job. Jimmy came out, inspected our chimney and took pictures from the inside to document and show us any areas of concern. He emailed the report/estimate - including the pictures - and, he installed new chimney caps. Good quality work done reasonably and quickly.

He is very responsive and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience. Chimney Cricket worked quickly and efficiently, and yet at the same time, no small detail was overlooked.

The team was timely, showing up when they said they would. At the start of every day, the team covered my carpets to minimize dust. During the process, they regularly solicited our feedback to ensure the work product was to my liking and changed things as we specified. The team also provided stylistic tips and suggestions. At the end of the day, the team cleaned up. The end result is a custom, beautifully crafted fireplace and hearth.

These guys were awesome! We had a scheduling snafu at first, but once they arrived they quickly diagnosed the issue and returned in a few days to replace our fireplace grate and burner. They were meticulous about cleaning and protecting our carpets. We love our new fireplace. Looks better than it ever has. Highly recommend!

Where do I even start? The entire team at Chimney Cricket are beyond amazing. From scheduling with Mitch to having Jimmy and Blake come out to do the job.
