OTF has definitely got me back to being fit again after the pandemic. It is absolutely worth it. The coaches are amazing!

I joined OTF because I wanted to love my body again. I wanted to sleep better and get into good physical habits. What I got, besides amazing workouts was a community who support each other and push each other to crush their goals and set new ones. The coaches are phenomenal, truly I cant say enough good things about them. The staff is so informative and friendly and they make you feel part of the family. You just cant put a price on what OTF has to offer.

OTF Greenvale was just what I needed to get out of my COVID-induced funk. I have been a member for 1 year and it has invigorated me physically and mentally. The coaches, the staff and the other members are warm and supportive and make even the hardest workout fun

I have been a member at OTF in Greenvale since March 3rd 2022 and I have enjoyed going to every class I have done so far. The staff and all gym members are so nice and welcoming and it makes me feel as if I’m part of a gym family. Also, I have noticed that my strength has improved so much after taking class for the past 6 months and I plan to keep my unlimited membership for good. I even referred a close friend of mine to join and now my friend pays for 4 classes per month and enjoys going. I recommend anyone that has a gym membership or is looking to join otf, come to greenvale. It’s the best location to go to!!!!

I always have a great time at OTF Greenvale. Ally is such a hands-on coach and give just the right about of push to take your workout to the next level. I always feel like she’s engaged with the class and creates such awesome themed playlists. It’s obvious that she loves coaching and it creates a great environment in every class. The girls in the front are also always so accommodating and inviting. It’s a great studio. Thanks to all!
