Consistent fresh meat, fish and produce only used. I compare Hoi Pan to any other Chinese Restaurant from around the world, and Hoi Pan wins each and every time.

(July 12, 2017, 11:32 am)Reasonably good food for a fair price. Service is usually good. They have some bad moments, but they are rare. Not fine/high end dining, but certainly good family dining. Fairly extensive menu with lots of choices. Very good soups too.

(November 5, 2016, 10:47 am)This place is the BEST!!!! I drive an hour each way just to get the Spicy Pepper Chicken!!!! NOTHING compares to this excellent dish!!!! Anyone giving this restaurant less than 4 stars SERIOUSLY needs to reevaluate their expectations.
Service = Excellent
Soup = great
Egg rolls = Yum
Spicy pepper chicken = OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!!
