CYL Infrared Studio Grosse Pointe

My wife and I tried this place out for the first time and for our first infrared sauna experience. The gal at the desk was so polite and welcoming, explained everything well, and really set a positive experience. We will absolutely be back. Great way to start the weekend after a long week.

Single rooms or a double if you choose that option with individual infrared saunas. I feel relaxed and alert after. Great environment and staff. First session is free! (at time of this posting)

I feel the sauna is beneficial and I needed to talk to someone and received a call back within an hour. the hours of being open are customer friendly hopefully able to get appt. In evening without problems. My only concern if paid sessions are not used by certain time you loose those sessions you paid for. If that happens to me I would not go back. I know it’s a marketing strategy. Place very clean and happy place! 👍

I absolutely recommend CYL Sauna Studio. If you are looking for a calm, relaxing way to unwind after a long day or week - this is the place for you. The studio is absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable to educate you on the process. I personally feel so relaxed during the sauna sessions that I oftentimes fall asleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Not only is it relaxing, but my skin feels amazing (it’s usually very dry) and I have more energy after a few sessions. I think everyone should try it at least once, I do t know how long the offer lasts, but right now your first session is free. Plus - they give you a cute gift bag just for trying it out. Absolutely love my experience at CYL every time I go! The 30 minute sweat sessions have truly left me feeling great and just overall energized. I was recently involved in an accident that I sustained injuries from and it has significantly improved my healing process. The staff are incredibly friendly and I always feel welcome. I highly recommend going to CYL!
